Question: What is DLA, and what does it have to do with CDs?
Answer: DLA is a program that usually comes with HP computers but some other manufacturers are also using it. It takes over for the CD burning software that normally comes with windows. It also adds a few more features. If you have Roxio Easy CD Creator or Nero Burning Rom software you should use that because it's far better for burning CDs.
